Mary is Awesome.

Mary was invaluable to our success in acquiring a property. She took the time to understand us and what we wanted. She is personable and a great communicator, keeping us updated every step of the way. She explained the process and because she has a great deal of experience, she was able to calm us when we were worried or waiting for a response from sellers. This is our second time using Berkshire Hathaway and more specifically Mary. We will recommend her to others and use her to buy or sell in the future. Thank you for making the process better for us.

Mary is great, Buying a house, selling a house and buying a house again over the 13 years that we have used Mary. Process was always smooth and kept in constant contact with us during the whole process.

Our family was tasked with selling a house with an Estate Sale. From the day we meet Mary Price to the day we closed on the house she was always willing to talk and offer advise. As you can imagine this is one of the most difficult times for a family. Of all the tasks a family has to tackle to settle an estate selling the house was the easiest process. Mary was a true professional and more importantly, she was like having a really good friend in the business. We would definitely find Mary when we need to sell or buy another house. we would give here a 6 Star out of 5!

Mary was instrumental in my husband and I finding our dream home. After 40 years of moving with the military, we were excited to find a restful location and house that maximized the use of our hard earned savings. We were unsure of what was available or what was in our budget. Mary was so patient as we explored what we were looking for and wanted in a retirement home. I have no complaints mary was wonderful . As a first time home buyer she helped so much through the home buying process. Definitely recommend her just for her help alone . If i ever buy another home in the future and she is still a realtor i would Definitely ask for her help again.
